2. Anxiety

3. Makeup Products
Some cosmetics (typically oil-based) have a tendency to clog the pores of the skin, leading to acne. Using harsh washing chemicals might cause the skin to become dry and irritated. To avoid breakouts, moderate skin cleaning is also recommended.
4. Hormones
Acne can be caused by hormonal imbalances, especially towards the start of puberty. When a woman’s menstrual cycle ends, she may be afflicted by acne. Acne induced by hormonal shifts could also be hereditary.
